Some clients expect you to be able hit short deadlines even though they delay sending you important information and are clearly out of their depth when it comes to managing time and organising a project. But time wasting clients cost you money.

The use of language is something I find really interesting. In particular I find it interesting how what some people find acceptable, and even great use of language, can be considered offensive by others. The so-called “seven dirty words” (see this Wikipedia article if the reference is unfamiliar) were considered unusable on television just a few years ago but are commonplace, at least on Australian TV, after 9.30PM.
This clip by the brilliant Stephen Fry is a case in point.
